Pros
Great pay for part time instructors compared to other companies, most coworkers are fantastic to work and have a strong team mentality, hours can be flexible based on your schedule. If you are willing to work hard, be a team player and have a good attitude, working here is really great.
Cons
There are a few people that think they are above other employees because of how long they've been at the company or how well they know upper management. There was some disorganization when trying to expand recently and as a whole the company felt like it was starting to loose it's 'family' feel and small company vibe.
