Working along smart and driven coworkers, in order to bring to life the mission of the founder. Even to this day people who are still there are incredible to work with. It was one of the rare jobs that had work/life balance, with lots to learn, and actually helped its customers improve their health. You’re able to work with leading edge tools and technology which is great given most of healthcare is pretty archaic in its use of tech.
Cons
Leadership evolved over the last year and started changing culture, often times in ways that left teams confused or alienated. They committed to a new CEO search and the interim CEO is in over his head while the founder focuses on search and raises capital Pay is competitive but benefits need to catch up to industry norms, and definitely be more open about equity issuances, this was ultimately rolled out but fumbled at first.
