Pros

When I started, this seemed like a great place to work. Small company, almost more like a family, opportunities to make a difference. A good group of people overall

Cons

Over time the culture has changed to be focused exclusively on appearances at the expense of functionality. (both physically and in a business sense) No appreciation of or investment in employees. Unfortunately, this leads to top employees leaving. 5+ people have left in the last 2 months, which is a big deal in a <50 person company. The response was to shorten work day from 9.5 hr to 9 hr (inclusive of 45 min lunch) which is still longer than standard 8 hour day. Is that my incentive to stay as work load keeps increasing?

Pros

Learning opportunities is good, nothing else

Cons

Horrendous management. This is a company that throttles employee morale day by day, what is the point of having checkins when you are not promoting people or don't have any intent to do so. No constructive feedback or goal settimg. They would rather have hardworking employees leave and then get new people than retain them. Worst work culture of my life. I hope the company and it's rotten management go down.
