      Interesting work and problems to solve Get to work with the latest VR technology Room to grow and learn new technologies

      Cons

      Classic startup culture where long hours and crunch is expected Must commute to work; no remote options available for developers Doesn't seem like there's much trust between developers and management

      Pros

      The Immersive Wisdom product is having a real impact for our customers. Something I am very proud to be a part of!

      Cons

      We are fully remote around the USA which has its positives, but being together in person more would be nice.

      Pros

      Product is definitely needed. Base pay is so-so.

      Cons

      Unpaid overtime daily, only one health plan choice, no FSA/HSA, no 401K at all (despite promises) much less a 401K match, only 80hrs PTO, stole my PTO when I left (based on unpublished 'policy' not in employee handbook), they will lie to you in hiring process (reason for vacancy, work hours and culture, pending 401K), vague pay promises of "when we hit the big time..." with nothing in writing.
