      Good location, livable salary, relaxed dress code.

      Drama-prone management, logistical problems left and right, no upward mobility, safety + ethics violations are the norm

      Pros

      Remote. That’s about it. No other perks.

      Cons

      Poor leadership and very poor management. Was told they don’t hire contractors. After 3-4 years working as a contractor for very little pay and zero overtime allowed they kicked us to the curb. Management doesn’t care. That’s why employees are leaving in droves.
