You will wake up everyday dreading going to work, wondering why you wasted your very expensive college degree in a dump like this.
Terrible organization and high turnover. Hard to get any work finished before you get last minute changes to your schedule forcing you to drop whatever work you are doing and work on a different project. All because senior management failed to plan ahead. They would rather work the technicians to the bone instead of hire competent supervisors and managers. The big talkers who boast and don't get any work done are the ones that are rewarded (it's truly some kind of weird twilight zone there).
Overall, very chaotic and unprofessional work environment the longer you work there you will realize it.
They have a knack for promoting the laziest, most arrogant, and unprofessional workers to senior positions. While the more humble, intelligent, and hard working individuals aren't given chances to move up or even get raises or bonuses. Eventually those people feel underpaid and underappreciated and have no choice but to leave.
