This company does not look out for its employees, just its bottom line - Consultant Impact Advisors Employee Review

You are given very little direction. Everyone pretends they are doing so much for the client but it's really just people running in circles. It feels a bit like 'The Emperor's New Clothes'. Management does not care about employees or their success. I have watched them treat previous and current employees poorly around maternity leave, family leave, etc. They tout being an FTE as a positive and say that they will pay you when you're 'on the bench', but it's not uncommon for them to go through and lay off everyone who is on the bench. They preach company values but those often go out the window if it conflicts with their profit. They also basically force current employees to post positively on LinkedIn and Glassdoor to ensure job security. I have contracted several places in health care and this was one of the most negative experiences I have ever had.
