Culture is not top notch

Great offices in both CPH, AAR and Odense Okay salary Good work/life balance (a lot of people with kids) Cool clients and projects (if you get to work with them) Awesome and talented colleagues

Poor management, at least in my case. Felt detached Poorly managed processes. A “100% gas or full breaks” work morale Have to “sell yourself” to get to be part of projects Too many mangers/Directors Bad pension scheme!!
