Pros

Great business model of giving their profits to charities. B Corp Some smart people work there as consultants

Cons

Some changes in leadership over the past 1+ years. Newer leadership not quite qualified to run the business. Becoming very political and employees are not held to consistent standards. Very little opportunity for advancement. As projects end, some employees are laid off. Leadership seems to have difficulty valuing diversity in its leadership team. Company used to tout it was a B Corp dedicated to their employees and its community partners. However, this balance has shifted to more concern with its goals around community partners...sometimes at the expense of its employees.

Pros

They're very committed to their people, and it's enjoyable to work with leaders who value your input and your preferences about where you work (both client-wise and remote/onsite)

Cons

It's been through a lot of changes, but has come out very strongly. I think pay is lower than competitors but it also depends what level you come in at / what you're being hired to
