Pay was competitive always on time

Backstabbing, favoritism, unprofessional, no loyalty, no accountability for internal bullying. This company started off great as a family run company however in the last year owners outsourced to an external management company called LBA PROPERTIES and the core values ceased. What once felt like a big family changed to feeling like a number. New GM is a narcissistic sociopath who literally has zero respect for his employees he runs the hotel based on lies, deception and incompetence and has no interest in building rapport and relationships between staff. LBA are about the bottom line and does not follow standard procedures a lot of “cover ups “ HR is a JOKE! If you value home life balance and want a job that values what you bring to the table then this property is not for you!

Honestly can’t think of any.

Cons

They overwork and underpay the staff. Unwilling to give pay that matches the amount of work you do. Managers are very much hands off and pass things off instead of taking responsibility for things they should be handling. Higher ups have no idea what is actually going on at their properties and just believe whatever they’re being told by the managers at each hotel/property they own. They’re quick to fire people because they believe the gossip instead of actually finding out the truth. Managers tend to abandon staff frequently leaving front desk agents to play manager at a lowly wage while the actual managers wander around or rarely show up. Higher ups and managers are quick to focus on negative and never acknowledge anything good a staff member does.
