- willing to take a chance on candidates with little to no experience
Cons
- false promises
- ridiculous targets with 'prizes' that are pretty much unattainable (but the effort of trying to achieve the goals, means the company benefits while the staff drive themselves in to the ground trying) *note: was not on sales/recruitment team, this was an observation
- low pay
- low retention (worked there for less than a year and almost an entire new office by the time I quit)
- leadership does not communicate with one another, which results in conflicting business goals and direction
- disingenuous (even seemingly compassionate actions by leadership, are grounded in selfish goals)
- leadership unable to consider employee feedback
