      American investor trying hard to change Lala company...trying hard to change the management, giving huge data demand and plants and operations still operate like Lala company. Pathetic increments, low salary

      No particular downsides, for a new grad there isn't much opportunity but definitely in the future the company is planning to expand and will be open to lot more people.
