      Imperial Dade has experienced significant growth over the last few years. During this period I have witnessed continued investment in employees at all levels, across all departments, as well as technology solutions to remove manual processes that allow employees to work smarter (not harder). An additional, new office space in New Jersey is further support of such investment.

      Cons

      Acquisitions have introduced additional ERP systems that are currently being converted to the main ERP system.

      Small office. Kitchen in break room. Family-like atmosphere. Working with tenured employees. No cubicles and every day is different.

      Cons

      Public transportation is about a 15 minute walk away.

      Consistent full-time hours. Treated like a normal employee. Real opportunities to get hired on.

      Cons

      Overwhelming and stressful work. No room for overtime, even though nature of work could have easily justified it.
