Pros
M-F schedule, no shortage of work, drive company truck to different businesses everyday, was able to work around my personal schedule, work by yourself, on the job training.
Cons
Long hours, 15 hour days, paid based on route sales not hourly, started on one of the lowest paid routes with the longest days, no room to change routes, discount health benefits not regular health insurance.
