      All the 5 star rating added by company mostly added on 28-Nov-2022, In the name of bi-annual increment mostly emp get the increment of 2k to 7k, Is it good increment? However some of them don't get the bi-annual increment due to favoritism. Late sitting culture. Too must politics and micro management. Low salary. Work load. No work life balance. Show off

      Some time pressure is overflowed. Mental health goes down. Management is nepo almost higher level employees. Limited Benefits. Average salary packages. Only HRM single domain product. no technical growth in QA Department
