Recalling my time working at this company, I cannot help but think of the bothersome and overbearing behavior of the company's President. His controlling nature was suffocating, and his constant brow-beating left many of us feeling demoralized and defeated. He seemed to take pleasure in exerting his authority over us, often resorting to savage and humiliating tactics to get his way. The president's approach to leadership was anything but collaborative. He had no qualms about making unilateral decisions and imposing his will on others, regardless of their input or expertise.
