Great culture Reasonable hours Helpful coworkers Room to grow Reputable parent company allows for typical benefits

Cons

Need more training for new hires. Some times we see people enter their position without the correct tools to succeed, that being said once it has been brought to their supervisors attention additional training happens immediately.

Pros

Not sure what these other reviews are talking about, they must be in a very different area of the company than I am. I have a great supervisor who is extremely fair. My salary expectation was completely met & I am 100% satisfied with it. I've never worked at a company who made me feel like I am part of the "family" before coming here. If I see there is an opening I would definitely recommend coming to work here to anyone looking for a position where they are valued.

Cons

When coming onboard the training was lacking, after being here for a while I have learned a lot about the software.
