Pros
Good tips due to menu prices
Cons
Visitors are fairly infrequent except occasionally on weekends, so tips are good but too few of them to make a good amount. Main issues I had were with management and trainee support. I was new to serving and got three 4-hour days to learn menu (I never got to try the food), shadow a server, and one 4-hour shift serving under supervision. I was put out on my own way before I was ready and was harshly evaluated on my performance as a new server. Once I had started to get the hang of things my performance at the very beginning hindered me from getting assigned more tables. Also, managers would all tell you different things and I constantly had to explain why I wasn't doing what a manager had told me to do because I was doing what the owner told me to do.
