Pros
Friendly and fresh environment, full commitment from top management, they care about employees wellbeing compatibly with capability of investment. It feels like being in a large family.
Cons
A that time some working tools needed to be reviewed, like the CRM for instance (but I think by now this is done), and overseas, where I was, some operations would be more complicated or take longer.
