My pros were that In Motion knew that we weren't up to par in utilizing Linux based commands and they understood and worked with us.

They were new to the support aspect and the time difference in getting hold of someone was a bit frustrating, they also held onto everything tightly.

Great location, Some great people, good compensation. Sick days and health benefits good.

They Let go core people that gave that extra mile,. Over a number of years way to many unproductive processes , left people stressed, and no life/work balance. Kept people who took a lot of time off/sick often. Still small company, You wore too many hats and too many responsibilities., not enough hours in the day. Promoted people who should not have been promoted.
