Pros

The pay. And that’s about it. Company picnic. Met few lifelong friends.

Cons

Managers are constantly changing. At my store the District Manager was very out of touch with what the store actually needed to do to improve and overall that stressed out the store manager who took it out on his employees. They think managers can be trained, but some are just horrible people who harass employees and cause anxiety. Hours are long, and my store manager was a jerk about even the slightest change in hours. Hostile work environment, at my store there was no sense of community among employees. I know not all stores are like this, but at this job I had the most anxiety and I was unhappy for years. Also the makeup / grooming policy is ridiculous. No winged eyeliner? Seriously? Get with the times. They turned away workers and terminated workers based on tattoos.
