      Great culture The higher you move up the better the pay Family owned

      No set hours Closing is until 3 am If you move up you have to work at different locations

      Pros

      Great pay. The events they host for associates are awesome. SOME managers and leaders are very welcoming and really CARE.

      Cons

      Higher leadership shows favoritism. The bi yearly surveys are not anonymous. Racism and prejudice is on display from DMs and RMs and retaliation happens.
