Pros

I have work at InTouch for a number of years. It's grown very fast and ever 2 office moves. Yes people have come and gone however the core has remained pretty constant. They are definitely the best people I have worked with. Good commission structure.

Cons

It's a hard sell and clearly not all sales people have the skills needed. It's an executive product and the style and conversation needed is unique.

Pros

In Bound Leads, uncapped commissions, 8:15-5:30 every day, no late hours

Cons

Scheduled lunch. No flexibility with hours. Lots of micromanaging. Homegrown CRM is not sufficient. Harassing leads to buy products instead of trying to provide a great service. Open hostility towards taking sick days, doctors appointments and PTO. Commission is cut for each sick day. Poor benefits, no 401K, commuter, or voluntary.
