Really flexible in terms of remote working - only had to be in the office once a week, and were understanding if you needed to start late / finish early etc. - definitely felt trusted and not micromanaged by my line manger. In terms of benefits, they offered unlimited holiday, plus private medical / dental / optical cover. Lovely team to work with too!

A lot of pressure to reach really high targets, with limited budget to do so, although as I left, there seemed to be positive change happening in these areas as a result of staff feedback. Workload was also quite large, with lots of major projects on the go at once, alongside the day to day. Training / growth opportunities also felt limited.

Absolutely amazing small company with so much support and love for every event they host! Started my working career with In-house Recruitment Network as an Apprentice and left as an Exec with a wealth of knowledge within the marketing field. I moved on to start new ventures but would come back and work here in a heart beat. Safe to say I enjoyed every single moment of working for this small company. I take away so many things from working here and use everything I learnt in my current ventures. I made some amazing long-term friends and was always pushed to strive for the best. They offer so many great benefits such as; career progression, pay enhancements, lunches, drinks, nights out and small trips away. Everyone is always striving for the same goal which is creating such amazing events for the event partners and attendees. I cannot thank this company enough for the support they have given me over the years and will hold on to this experience.

Requires someone who is always willing to work hard in a competitive market. Can be stressful at times but that is because everyone loves everything they do and only wants to achieve the best.
