Disappointing experience with misleading leadership - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician InBloom Autism Services Employee Review

I was hired by this company as a full-time employee, but they breached the contract and failed to provide the position they promised. Instead of full-time work, I wasn’t even offered consistent part-time hours. The experience was extremely disappointing. Management was very deceiving and lacked transparency throughout the process. I joined the company with genuine commitment and enthusiasm, but their actions made it clear that they do not value honesty or employee trust.
