Pros

-beautiful centers -collaboration with peers -good pay and potential to earn more money based on how much you bill

Cons

-CEO/headquarters down in Florida do not respect regional leadership in each state and do not truly value clinical quality as much as they say they do. -poor work/life balance with pressure to bill a lot

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, both the positives and the negatives. We love to hear that our centers are beautiful, our clinical staff are collaborative, and that there is fair compensation and upward mobility within the organization. We would really appreciate the opportunity to open up dialogue regarding your concerns about our administrative leadership team’s value of clinical integrity. As Clinical Integrity is one of our key points of focus at InBloom we want to make sure we’re doing everything we can to uphold that standard, and if ever for any reason that is slipping or there is a perception of that slipping then we need to do better. We invite you to reach out directly to our CEO and CCO via the feedback form on our web page to voice your concerns and open up a dialogue so we can take an opportunity to improve. We are also always open to suggestions on how we can better support our regional leadership teams so everyone feels supported from top to bottom. You can reach out discreetly if you wish at https://www.inbloomautism.com/feedback
