Pros
Everyone at InClin, including upper management, is very friendly and caring. The company offers growth and support. It feels like a family and is an amazing company.
Cons
I think pay is pretty standard for a CRO (which is a lot less than pharma).
Able to work remotely, can be flexible depending on your manager.
Cons
DM SOPs, processes and templates are are not well developed. Very high turn-over in DM staff which negatively affects project continuity and leads to poor data quality. Some managers are not collaborative and are very difficult to work with. There doesn't seem to be a raise program for employees.
