Pros
Timely salary
Good for someone who is not getting a job elsewhere.
Cons
1. No work life balance. You will have to work more than 12 hours daily and that too sometimes on the weekend with no compensation for it.
2. Micromanagement- They track your in and out time daily and expect you to be inside the office atleast 10 hours. Even after that you are expected to work at home.
3. No WFH - They don't have WFH policy even for medical problems. If you can't come to office then simply have to take leave.
4. You annual leaves are not your. They 1.25 leaves every month as annual leave. But in a year you can only request 3 times. This means if you request have applied for 2-2 days leaves for 3 times, then your rest of the leaves are lapsed. Also, whenever you apply not all of your leaves are available because it gets added on a monthly basis.
5. Even if you apply for annual leaves before 2-3 months, they will somehow reject it for sure and tell you that there is lot of work and you can't leave. I have seen many people going for vacations with loss of pay.
6. Sandwich rule in leaves- if you take a leave from let's say Monday to Monday then 8 days of leaves with be counted instead of 6. This is because they will also count Saturday and Sunday if you are in leave before and after the weekend. Utterly rubbish.
I can go on as there are lot of issues in the company but I think above points are enough for someone to take a descision that it is hard to work in this company.
