This company in my opinion is fantastic, and is owned by a very professional and intelligent business man. They offer the option to work remotely from a home office. I started back in October with In Market Solution. Previously I had worked at the owner's previous company Citytwist for several years. During my Citytwist years Ken allowed me to create my own team of employees. I hired, trained, and fired as I saw fit. It was very fair, and profitable. Now, with In Market Solution. I started at the bottom. I proved myself with my work ethic and sales skills, and have been rewarded in kind with promotion. The owner is very fair, professional, and knowledgeable. I agree with his methods. The main thing I always hear. "Let's just use Math" Running a business using math as a key ingredient only makes sense to me. If you work hard and produce you are rewarded. I read a different review that said something about micro-management to the point of suffocation. I could only laugh. My one phone call a day from the boss every morning telling me to have a good day, and let's make some money. Hardly suffocating. Finally, the work environment is Fantastic! I'm the happiest I have ever been in my work life.
