Pros

Great opportunity for networking and expanding your connections.

Cons

Where do I begin? The management is less than adequate and everyone is only out for themselves. Company preaches on culture, but does nothing to make you feel as though you matter and everyone is expendable. In fact, they fired three people in one week that had a great work ethic. False promises for advancement were made as well as opening a position up to the entire company and never filling the position or even interviewing anyone internally, as promised. Difficult to keep projects on schedule as materials were often unable to be released due to non-payment. There is minimal work/life balance as they expect you to answer calls at all times of the day/night and also on major holidays.

Pros

The owners who I worked with directly are amazing humans. They are supportive of families and genuinely care for their employees.

Cons

Some executives do not share same values as owners. I personally was bullied by my direct (an executive) after years of working with several of the executives and the Inskeeps directly. I failed to report the issue until it had ruined my passion for my job. I knew my days were numbered. They started outsourcing to the Philippines because my direct had done so prior.
