Many. Russian company that has some strength in Europe, but is dominated by other competitors in the US. Constant change in direction, sales by flavor of the week. Does not know what target market it wants to be in. High employee turnover. Problems with product administration. Very low pay compared to competition. Product is better than competitors in some ways, but extremely hard to sell when markets are dominated by others that have been in their markets for years. Not enough differentiation and market share for potential customers to make a change. Even has trouble "buying" business.
