From the inception of InStride, our leadership team has worked very hard to instill a culture of inclusivity, equity, and transparency, starting with the Founder’s Memo. We support this vision by implementing tools and processes to strengthen feedback loops and train managers, including our weekly company-wide “Connect” meetings, our InStrider Engagement Survey, and our performance management tools that help us stay aligned on goals. And although we work hard, we hope and expect employees to maintain a meaningful work-life balance.
