Pros

Weekly pay that’s really about it but it’s not much at all nobody can pay there bills

Cons

Management and staff are toxic there is a lot of favoritism management hiring family members a lot of discrimination against the guest as well as hostel, unsafe work conditions upper management is about as useless as management at the hotel nothing ever get resolved you just get fired. Most properties are just patchwork properties. Having to deal with dead body’s, drugs of all kind are told to go punch rooms that people were smoking fentanyl in with no type of ppe nor do the company provide ppe just gloves bodily fluids including blood again now PPE just not a good place to stay as a guest or work the list goes on belittle talked about hours messed with so u don’t get over time fired or suspended with no explanation just told not to come back and turn in your key a lot of fraternization we guess sexual comments to other employees sexting with significant others on the clock

Pros

Every month, the work culture just gets more toxic. I am certain there may only be two whole people who actually work in the Corporate office. Otherwise, multiple emails go without response. Perfection is demanded, but not provided. Anything Corporate can do to make us despise our jobs, or the will the live, they will do it. It is like Kim Jong Un took over InTown Suites. It won't be long before our leader wants us to hang his portrait behind the desk for all to see and bow down to.

Cons

Oh, I didn't realize I was supposed to be writing about the pros up there. But honestly, there really aren't many. Anymore. The people who are running the employees ragged and the company into the ground, should really do the job of each employee for one week per position before they get to decide what policies and procedures to dole out. How can they look in the mirror and like what looks back at them? I bet they will need a lot of burn cream and cold water in the after life, but who am I to judge?
