Friendly environment within small circles,

Dated products and software with no motive to innovate or improve, horrible management with zero technical knowledge or insight, cost cutting prioritized over loyalty or performance, management refuses to take accountability or any advice. CONSTANT turn arounds - on a quarterly clock there is a management overhaul or mass layoff without warning, any pushback or suggestions is met with replacement management. Horrible pay and raise rates. Poor performance reviews based on optics. No career paths available.
