Cannot think of anything at all

Employee cannot give their logical opinion in front of management, not at all employee friendly, pestering at its peak.

Not even a single thing which I can mention.

The management is clueless on how to make people work, they don`t care for the welfare of their people at all. For them business is all you are there for no human touch. Better to stay unemployed than working for those people. Every day the MD calls up the RSM at 8.30 am to the reasons for the low performance of each of your DSR and the sales head knows nothing about sales, it is like his uncle`s company. If you are being offered any job by them then plz ask them about their HR team and you will come to know that there is one guy for recruitments and one for payroll that is it.
