Pros
You get to learn a lot here, especially about how real client work happens. The company has its own niche and gets decent clients, so you understand how business actually works. The work is fast-paced, which helps you gain experience quickly. Salary is usually on time.
Cons
The main problem is the way things are managed. The founder knows the work, but the way he talks and puts pressure is often too harsh. It makes the environment stressful. Pressure is there all the time, even when it’s not really needed.
Work-life balance is not good. Long hours and constant pressure can make you feel tired mentally. There is not much space to take a break, even when work gets heavy.
All we can say micromanagement and huge gap between understanding of employees and founder.
Founder doing right things in all wrong manner (that what employees perceives)
