      Opinions are listened to. Employee Benefits package is being improved. Promoting from within is part of the culture - Most heads of department have done the job of the team and worked their way up.

      Cons

      Lots of change over short periods of time can cause occasional confusion.

      Pros

      Remote work was great. Loved the team.

      Cons

      They fired the entire ESR team with no notice and without explanation, even though we followed the directions of our managers and did what we were told to do. If that sounds good for you go for it. Lots of people left and started a new company.
