Pros
This is a professional yet friendly environment with two main offices in FL and IL. The company has an entrepreneurial feel within some departments, everyone learns to work together well. Use of in-house FinTech platforms, collaboration tools and engagement platforms make it easy to work with colleagues across locations. Benefits are excellent
Cons
Some downsides are that not all departments are treated as part of the overall company strategy. Executive committee may not fully share their plans and goals with the entire firm, until it's cited as a reason (failure) for a pay-cut or reduction in expected bonuses for the year. (too little too late) Leading to poor moral to many hard working employees left wondering just 'what' goal they are working towards personally now to aid the company and earn their bonus (or ensure they is one to be paid).
