Pros
- Good work for senior professionals as they have good clients - Fast growing company Year on Year growth around 80% - Management open to suggestions
Cons
- They dont take freshers, and everybody works on their respective projects, so no experimentation or learning of new technologies, you have to work on what your client demands, but this happens everywhere in service companies, so not really a con. - A lot of staff augmentation work, so no in-house development
