People at higher management posts like directors or senior managers are senseless. They don't know how to treat employees, clients, or anyone else. They do not engage in any work and all they do is delegate tasks and that is all. The infrastructure is really poor in this organization. There is no work whatsoever, they will chase you for certification and then put you on the bench because they have no work. Poor HR and Admin departments. No standard policies in place that could benefit the employees. No standard performance evaluation tool or mechanism. Everything happens informally via Excel. People, in general, are very rude in this organization and there is a lot of politics in every project and in every department. Worse than a government organization. Senior Management and HR have no interest in employee concerns. Even if you bring forth a concern, it will be bad for you only and no improvement will ever happen. Hire and fire culture. Three months notice period. The list is never-ending, in short refrain from this organization, please.
