Pros

I continue to enjoy my employment at Incept. The work environment is laid-back; everyone who works here (supervisors and management, included) is incredibly friendly; and even though we do serious work, we always find ways to have fun. This is my first call center job, and I found the training I received here to be very thorough. I felt confident and well-prepared by the time I made my first call, and if I had questions, there was always a supervisor or co-worker close by to help. Health, vision, and dental benefits are great; you're able to earn paid time off / vacation; and there are constant opportunities to work over-time and earn a substantial bonus. The work itself is incredibly rewarding. As a blood donor recruiter, I help save lives all over America, everyday.

Cons

There is an attendance point system, so you are only permitted so many days off. You are able to change your schedule in advance as long as you make up the time missed. You are also given personal days to use, without penalty, when you start employment.
