Cons
The CEO treats us like we are his slaves, while HR behaves as if she is the CEO of a multinational company. There is a lack of proper management, and if you want to learn something new, they won't allow it. We have a contract that binds us for 1.3 years plus 45 days, and they frequently change policies to suit their own needs.
