When looking for a new role, I was looking to join the healthcare tech industry, coming from education. With Grand Rounds, I saw a significant opportunity for impacting large populations with varying healthcare needs through technology and an empathetic care team.
My time at Grand Rounds has supercharged my career growth, focusing on how I can best impact the team I work with, the product we build, and the success of the company. Expectations are high, and it's an exciting challenge to deliver for this team. My career path is much more clear now, and I'm excited to reach new levels while driving the company mission of raising the standard of healthcare to everyone, everywhere.
Cons
There's so much that we'd like to do to deliver value to members and customers, we could easily double our engineering teams. We choose the highest impact initiatives because of our capacity as a team, but there are some below the line items that would be great to do. This con mostly comes from my tendency of being overly eager to wanting to fix all the things.
