Singapore office plague with internal politics and favoritism - Anonymous Incora Employee Review

There are roles in the office where their responsibilities are questionable. I question to myself everyday why they are even here; they do not add value to the organization nor bring any positive inputs to the office. But since they are "yes mans" to the management I guess that is why they are kept?
