We have been fortunate to also have industry-leading retention numbers, but we understand it always affects employees when leaders move to new opportunities. Over the last year alone, we have added multiple leaders from top companies in the world to lead us through our next challenges. Incredible Health is one of few startups actively growing, and we are excited about the future. We are very proud of the impact nurses have made on our growth and there are dozens of stories of nurses that have embraced startup life and thrived at Incredible Health.
