VP of HR mentioned in previous reviews is no longer there. Company revamped and restructured after COVID losses. Changes have resulted in a lot of positives. The reviews should be separated. Golden Tee side of business is definitely 5 stars. President has upheld the culture to higher standard. Casino side needs some work. The approval rating here should really be for President of each division as CEO has been hands off in recent years.

You will never move forward with this company. The fiefdoms are already claimed, and any challenge to those with them will be met and held against you. My supervisor decided what equipment I needed to be successful versus asking an essential question of what would make me more productive. Managers act like children when things don't go as planned at events. And it is a total sink-or-swim environment. If you have questions about your project work, you must figure it out independently and then be second-guessed after you deliver versus even developing a plan.
