Pros

I've worked at agencies and at larger tech companies where marketing meant executing someone else's strategy, approving every comma with three stakeholders, and measuring output in vanity metrics. Increff is refreshingly different. I was given real campaign ownership within my first quarter - budget, strategy, execution, measurement, and the trust that came with it changed how I approached the work. When you know your decisions matter, you bring your whole self to them. The brand is growing in the retail-tech space and being part of shaping how it shows up in the market is exciting. Sales and Customer Success are close partners — I'm in client conversations, generating case study content, and seeing the commercial impact of brand work firsthand. The team is creative and commercially minded in equal measure, which makes for genuinely good collaboration. I look forward to most Mondays, and I don't say that lightly.

Cons

Haven't come accross any real concern till now.

Pros

There's a specific kind of satisfaction that comes from being handed a blank canvas and trusted to build something that actually matters. That's what my time at Increff felt like. Operations at a rapidly scaling SaaS company serving enterprise retail clients is never simple, but the problems were always interesting and the leadership always had my back when I needed resources or decisions moved quickly. No bureaucracy, no politics — just people trying to build something excellent together. I worked alongside the founding team closely enough to understand not just what they wanted to build, but why. That clarity of purpose is energising in a way that's hard to manufacture. The compensation was competitive, and the experience I gathered here has been the most commercially valuable of my career. I left on the best of terms and carry tremendous respect for what Increff is doing.

Cons

The part of compensation goes into company performance, which can be looked to attach to individual's performance. This would help employees have a control on the payout.

Pros

At every company I worked at before Increff, QA was an afterthought — the team that slowed things down, the bottleneck before releases. Here it's entirely different. Engineering leadership genuinely believes that quality is a competitive advantage, and that belief shows up in how the QA team is resourced, how our concerns are heard in planning, and how test coverage is treated as non-negotiable rather than optional. Working in an environment where your function is respected changes everything about how you show up to work. The automation work here is substantive — we're running comprehensive regression suites against a complex distributed WMS, and the tooling is modern and well-maintained. My colleagues are sharp, the culture of continuous improvement is real, and I've learned more about test architecture in two years here than I had in four years elsewhere. Compensation is fair, reviews are transparent, and the team is one I look forward to seeing every day.

Cons

Some older parts of the test suite need modernisation — the team is actively working through it.
