Exceptionally poor morale on site. Very much an 'if your face fits culture'. Expect no praise for a job well done and harsh treatment for any mistakes. Very harsh HR led management on site, constant disciplinaries occured for a good number of staff for minor misdemeanours while other serious things were swept under the carpet. HR and Management collude with each other to pre-determine the outcomes of disciplinaries/grievances etc.
