Pros
The building is lovely and always clean (trust me, that is a priority- to a fault). Image is extremely important there, but little else.
Cons
Management could have its own reality TV show, starting from the top and working down to only a couple of "trusted" others to do the bidding of the Queen. There is absolutely zero faith or trust in employees, and CYA is the key to any kind of survival. A psychiatrist would have a field day in this place, and there are definitely a couple of key people who could use some heavy counseling and medication. Get everything in writing, because stories conveniently change and you will ALWAYS be in the wrong. The fun doesn't stop with employees, customers also experience the joy that is Indeck management. Be prepared for zero customer service, and maybe a lawsuit thrown in for the fun of it. Because you know, Indeck (AKA the Owner/Pres) is never wrong. While there are decent coworkers that make life somewhat bearable, morale is constantly at an all-time low, and bad attitudes spread like wildfire. Processes are extremely outdated, which creates a mess of paperwork and makes real organization almost impossible. At the end of the day, your #1 responsibility is to make the owner more money, whether it is done morally or not. If you enjoy a roller coaster of anxiety, psychiatric abuse, and no sense of job security, then by all means give it a try.
