Pros

Many roles are remote. Benefits are decent.

Cons

There is no transparency in anything that is done here. All initiatives are top down behind an iron curtain. They claim they can't give their sales team a compensation plan in writing and there is no simple way to know if you have been compensated correctly. Sales reps will have a hard time getting management to remove obstacles so you can focus on selling or to help in any way unless you are part of the boys' club. Internal processes are a nightmare as they do everything on spreadsheets and Google docs. Sales is not allowed to create any content for customers, including proposals - You must rely on a team of inexperienced reps who are paid by the hour to do this. Sales is measured by transactional metrics (ie: number of meetings each week) which prohibits focus on true solution selling that benefits the customer.

Pros

I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

Cons

The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
